Fauchon, Moutarde au Piment d'Espelette. This is an old fashioned grain mustard with Espelette pepper flavoring (a coulis is made of the Chili and then added to the mustard). 90 grams or approx 3 oz, and it has a kick to it! Great with hot or cold grilled meats. Add to mayonnaise for a spice kick.
