Aged at least 8 months, this cheddar has a pleasant taste and creamy texture. Murray Bridge is produced in King Island where the cattle graze on some of the cleanest and greenest grass in the world and produce some of the most pure and sweet milk. We love this cheddar with crisp fruit, almonds, and good chutney. Murray Bridge also melts well without becoming stringy.
