This block-style mozzarella is perfect for shredding over homemade pizza, baked pasta dishes, or filling rolls of chicken or veal scallopini.When determining whether to use Part Skim or Whole Milk mozzarella, a decision has to be made as to the preference of the final dish. Whole milk mozzarella brings a fuller flavor and a creamy texture to recipes, but it does not brown as well and is not as elastic as part skim.
