The new Black Cow is very different than the original. Holloway, who also made the Slo Poke, introduced Black Cows in the late 1920s. They were basically a Slo Poke dipped in a chocolate-flavored covering. The new Black Cow is a 1.5 ounce chocolate caramel bar.
