Roland Botches are made in Belgium following the traditional French Pate Feuilletee method. Cold shortening is inserted between layers of pastry dough, which is repeatedly folded and rolled. The end result produces a multi layered pastry. Roland Bouchees are 7cm (2.75) in diameter. They are packed 60 to the case. Roland Bouchees are pre cooked. To use, heat it in oven at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. In many recipes, simply add your ingredients to the shell and bake together.
