This gum paste is a ready to use modelling and sculpting paste sugar icing, which is moulded by hand into decorative pieces which set hard to the touch. Use it to produce life-like sugar flowers and leaves, elegant ruffles, character figures, and other decorative pieces with very fine results. May be coloured using paste or gel food colours.
One year shelf life when tightly sealed in plastic.
