Platinum dust gives a glittery silver pearl finish when applied to royal icing flowers, fondant, and gumpaste. Intended for use in dry form, but may also be mixed with oil-based flavourings or clear alcohol (e.g., vodka) for painting or highlighting.
FDA approved for food use. Not water soluble.
