We take golden buttery, squares of fresh-roasted peanut brittle perfection and add toasted coconut and we end up with Peco Brittle Squares. We make our secret family recipe peanut brittle the old fashioned way - with pure cane sugar and freshly roasted peanuts. Yup, we roast the Texas Grade A Jumbo peanuts ourselves to make sure they're consistently golden brown from batch to batch. After gently simmering our homemade sugar syrup we add the warm roasted peanuts and freshly toasted coconut and pour the mixture onto cool marble slabs. The aroma of fresh-roasted peanuts, caramelized sugar and toasted coconut is irresistible, but we have to wait until our experienced team of candy makers cuts the slabs into squares of pure Southern heaven. And to make sure our Peco Brittle Squares are just as fresh when they reach you we individually wrap each piece.
