Homemade pizza in 30 minutes!
There are seemingly endless flour combinations outside the realm of wheat and we tried them all to make a delicious Gluten Free pizza. The winning combination includes organic brown rice flour, organic buckwheat flour, teff flour and sweet rice flour. The result is a thin crust pizza with an earthy whole grain taste. We test each batch to insure that it is gluten free.
The sauce is the same delicious organic GalloLea sauce that we use in our whole wheat Pizza Kit.
Our kit includes the parchment paper to build it on, goes right into the oven on the paper, for ease, convenience, no mess and a perfect pizza.
Each kit makes one 12" pizza (parchment paper, sauce and dry dough mix).
This is a bulk pack and it makes ten 12" pizzas.
