Over a year and half ago, when I switch to a strict vegetarian diet, my first concern was how I am going to turn all my recipes into vegan ones?. It took quite a few weeks of experimentation, frustration and those Eureka! moments, and in the end the first of my vegan confections came to life. It was a layer of fluffy vanilla marshmallow topped with a layer of vegan ganache. So the Gourmellow was born. Half Marshamllow, Half Truffle, Whole Deliciousness. Keep refrigerated, enjoy at room temperature. Two (2) Box of three (3) Gourmellows Bars, each bar approx. 1.5 by 2.5 inches. In 100% recycled kraft box, individually wrapped.
