We take fresh pretzels with just a sprinkle of salt and load 150 pounds in a chocolate pan, adding drizzles of frosted white chocolate as the drum turns. This takes almost 2 hours and requires exacting work. Once the proper amount of chocolate layering has been completed, we load the entire batch into a ribbed finishing pan for a beautiful glaze. The result is our spectacular gourmet frosted pretzels!
