These caramels from Normandy are made with the famous salted butter and cream of Isigny sur Mer, both of which have been distinguished with an AOC (beurre d'Isigny AOC and creme d'Isigny AOC). AOC means it has a certificate guaranteeing it's origin because it is a controlled product. Each sachet contains about 25 individually wrapped caramels. Half of the caramels are made with extra butter, the other half with extra cream.
